Hello! My name is Leah Feder, and I'm a concert photographer based in Boston, Massachusetts. For over a year now, I've had the privilege of working at metal, hardcore, rock, and alternative shows and festivals.
My passion for live music began at just thirteen, when I attended my first concert, Five Finger Death Punch. Ever since, I’ve been an avid fan, attending over forty shows to date. My favorite genres include metalcore, post-hardcore, hard rock, and pop-punk. Photographing the intensity and complexity of these performances fuels my love for photography. I’m especially drawn to capturing movement and bold neon lighting.
I thrive in the dynamic atmosphere of metal shows. The raw energy of the music and the crowd creates unique photographic moments. My goal is to capture not just the artists on stage, but also the powerful connection between them and their audience, because I’m a fan too. I strive to create images that resonate long after the show is over.
